Questions about the rooms

  • Are towels provided in the room? Yes, 1 large hand towel per person or 1 or 2 small hand towels per room.
  • How much advance do I have to pay and when? The booked rooms can only be guaranteed after receiving a 30% deposit according to the conditions of the reservation. You have 3 working days from the booking to pay the deposit, during which the rooms will be reserved according to the reservation! The remaining amount in addition to the deposit is due on the last day of the stay based on the services actually used.
  • Will I lose my deposit if I can’t travel at the original time? We make every effort not to lose your deposit and welcome you among our guests. What does this mean in practice?
    Up to 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation is free of charge (deposit refunded)
    13-7 days prior to arrival, cancellation will oblige to pay 30% of the ordered
    4-2 days prior to arrival, cancellation will oblige to pay 70% of the ordered services
    If, instead of cancellation, only the date is changed, the deposit and the reservation will be transferred to the next date.
  • Is there a refrigerator in the room? Yes, guests will benefit from 1 small refrigerator per room, but 1 large refrigerator with freezer is available in a common area.
  • Is there bedding? Yes, for longer stays we can exchange it free of charge after 4 nights.
  • Is there daily housekeeping in the rooms? None, but available at an additional cost. For longer stays, after the 4th or 5th day. we do it free of charge.
  • Is it possible to smoke in buildings? /a> Our buildings are completely non-smoking. Guests can smoke in the designated area in the garden.
  • Is there a shared kitchen area in the Guest House? No, but cutlery, plates, microwave, kettle are freely available in the guest house’s restaurant.
  • What can I pay with? Payment is possible in cash or by credit card (VISA, Maestro, MasterCard).
  • How far can I find shopping possibility? There is a small shop about 200 meters from the accommodation, but there is also a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a market within a 500 meter radius.
  • Where is the nearest ATM? About 900 meters away, close to Hungarospa entrance No. 3.
  • Is internet available in the entire property? Yes. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms, restaurant and inner garden.
  • If I booked half board but don’t want it for one or more days, will I still pay the same price? You have the opportunity each day to decide whether you want dinner on that day. If you do not request our dinner menu, the half-board surcharge will be deducted for the same day. It may happen that if you have booked a discounted package due to half board, i.e. you received a discount from the accommodation price, we will not be able to credit you with the package discount.
  • What are the rules when travelling with a dog? Small pets (dogs) are allowed. Two of our rooms with terrace on the ground floor can be booked by those arriving with dogs after prior arrangement. Pets are not allowed in other rooms and apartments. Cats and other pets are not allowed. 1 dog weighing up to 40 kg can be brought to one room. When booking, please provide a copy of the dog’s food book, which shows the animal’s chip number, rabies vaccination, flea control and deworming seal. If the guest arrives with a dog, the price of the accommodation per night is HUF 10,000. A deposit of HUF 50,000 must be paid per room upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure in case of no problems. If the dog damages the accommodation facilities or our staff considers that extra cleaning is necessary in the room upon departure, this fee will be deducted from the deposit. Pets are allowed in only two rooms. In the case of the other rooms and apartments, it is guaranteed that there are no guests with dogs living there before. Their four-legged guests are not allowed to visit the back park, where the filagory and barbecue are located, nor are they allowed to enter the restaurant in the building, and they can travel from the room to the door in front of the reception on a leash, they cannot use the common area for long periods of time, even under supervision.
