Payment and booking terms

  • The booked rooms can only be guaranteed after receiving a 30% deposit according to the conditions of the reservation.
  • You have 3 working days from the booking to pay the deposit, during which the rooms will be reserved according to the reservation!
  • The remaining amount in addition to the deposit is due on the last day of the stay based on the services actually used.

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation is free of charge (deposit refunded)
  • 13-7 days prior to arrival, cancellation will oblige to pay 30% of the ordered services
  • 6-5 days prior to arrival, cancellation will oblige to pay 50% of the ordered services
  • 4-2 days prior to arrival, cancellation will oblige to pay 70% of the ordered services
  • If, instead of cancelling, only the date is changed, the deposit and the reservation will be transferred to the next date.
